nl.mis: municipal information system

The core NL.MIS (Municipal Information System) is a constantly evolving, web-based system, allowing for easy access to municipal information. Through the system any user can search for and view property tax listings, and automatically locate and highlight properties on an interactive map. Users can easily generate mailing lists of surrounding owners - seamlessly creating mailing labels or printing addresses directly to envelopes.

The core feature is our property maintenance records system. This allows a municipality to maintain records and information specific to a property. A few key property features include attaching pictures, notes, documents, emergency contact information, and multiple addressses per parcel. The base query function will search through each of these areas to return a list.

The Municipal Information System contains our exclusive Site and Subdivision Management module - allowing users to link parcels and drawings to a subdivision, as well as easily and effectively track the site approval process.

Similarly, the Zoning Hearing Management module is also included in NL.MIS, in addition to our Business and Tenant Management module.

NL.MIS features a multi-layered login system. Users can be separated into several security levels - granting them different levels of access to NL.MIS. This allows the administrators to decide who can edit, update, change, or delete data from your system.
