Our full-featured Document Management module puts the power of digital drawings and plans at your fingertips. Quickly search indexed documents by filename, directory, date of last edit, keyword, and numerous other fields. Once you select the document you wish to view, it's displayed right inside your web browser, with metadata right along side.

Also included in the NL.DocumentManagement module is our sequential document editor, which allows you to edit documents and drawings in the order in which they were added to the system - copying metadata forward from one drawing to the next. In this way, several documents from the same project can be quickly added, edited, and saved within the NL.DocumentManagement module.

Our flexible document search gives you the power to locate documents through any number of ways. Search across multiple drawing fields for the same piece of text, or narrow your search by entering data in several different fields for a more specific result. You can even search on the directories the documents are stored in.

The Document Management module can also be seamlessly integrated with all other aspects of NL.MIS. A drawing can be attached to a parcel, a manhole, a piece of curbing, you-name-it - even link documents to objects via the interactive mapping aspect of NL.MIS.
